Thrash Metal from the San Francisco Bay Area USA who have been active since 1984. They are one of the pioneers of bay area thrash metal alongside Metallica, Exodus, Testament, Death Angel, etc.
Their older albums are maidenesque, but on steroids with razor-sharp riffs and a thumping rhythm section with some speed metal influences, the energy is blistering & the older stuff will do some neck damage!
The resurgence of Heathen with their “Evolution of Chaos” album in 2009 has been a mix of modern thrash with intricate melodic riffs and up-tempo, with some epic solos and great choruses. This is a thrash revival in its prime.

Formed in 1989, Sinister rose during death metal's peak, gaining prominence with their 1992 debut Cross the Styx under Nuclear Blast. Touring with Suffocation and Cannibal Corpse, albums like Diabolical Summoning (1993) and Hate (1995) cemented their reputation. Despite lineup changes and a 2003 split, they returned with Aad Kloosterwaard on vocals, releasing acclaimed albums like The Silent Howling (2008) and The Carnage Ending (2012). Through global tours and festivals, Sinister remains a death metal force, blending brutality with dark themes.

DJ WYNN
DJ WYNN (Vinod) has been in the rock/heavy metal circuit for the last 25 years in India/Oman/Bahrain & in Dubai. His first tryst with heavy metal music was to be a vocalist for a Thrash/Death Metal band in Bangalore called Mortuary in the early 90’s.
DJ Wynn moved to the Middle East in 2004 & has always been keen on promoting local talent across the various countries he has lived.
He moved permanently to Dubai in 2012 & has since been very closely connected with the metal scene in Dubai. He has organized various events in Dubai such as DJ Metal Nights & brought over top metal bands from across the globe such as :- Devoid (India), Creative Waste (Saudi Arabia), Gutslit (India), Stigmata (Srilanka), SIF (Bahrain), Hellionight-Bahrain, Defiled-Japan, Fleshcrawl-Germany, Ektomorf-Hungary, Katalepsy-Russia, Stillbirth-Germany. Local bands such as Maticrust, Tabernacle, Tribe Conspiracy, Mandirigama, Fatal Qualm etc. have also performed at his events.
