German thrashers “REZET” made their highly anticipated Middle East live debut on Saturday, 11th May 2024, at Bar Baar, Occidental Hotel, Al Jaddaf, Dubai, UAE. The event was an exclusive opportunity to witness one of Germany’s most vibrant new school thrash bands in their only Middle East show for 2024.

REZET's 2021 album "Truth in Between" and 2022's EP "New World Murder" had received acclaim from various fanzines and metal magazines, setting high expectations for their live performance. Fans who attended were treated to an electrifying show that exceeded all expectations. The band's raw energy and blistering riffs captivated the audience from start to finish.

Adding to the excitement, REZET was touring European countries under the banner of "Metal Rites Over Europe" and had promised new music soon after. This Dubai performance was a thrilling taste of what the band had to offer, and the crowd was left eager for more.

GODLESS, originating from Hyderabad, India, delivered an unforgettable onslaught of thrash-infused death metal. With three formidable albums in their arsenal, they made a ferocious pit stop in Dubai en route to their European tour.

GODLESS epitomized straight-edged death metal, striking directly at the core with relentless intensity. Their performance unleashed a signature brand of death metal that left a trail of angst and fury, making a lasting impact on the Dubai audience.

The event also featured three of UAE’s upcoming bands, adding to the night’s diverse metal lineup. BAD GINA, a Filipino metal band from Manila, heavily influenced by early metalcore and deathcore, brought their unique sound to the stage, showcasing their talent and gaining new fans.

The night marked the live debut for two other local bands. UAE’s heavy metal act MORTAL KOIL, who had released four tracks in the last few months, including their latest, "As I Endure," delivered a powerful performance. Fans could check them out on Spotify to relive the experience.
