Xentrix, a thrash metal band from Preston, Lancashire, formed in 1984 as Sweet Vengeance before adopting their current name in 1988. Their 1989 debut, Shattered Existence, gained attention, partly due to their controversial cover of Ray Parker Jr.'s Ghostbusters theme.
For Whose Advantage? (1990) cemented their status, followed by Kin (1992) and Scourge (1996). After disbanding in 1997, they reunited in 2005–06 and again in 2013, later releasing Bury the Pain (2019) and Seven Words (2022).

DJ WYNN
DJ WYNN (Vinod) has been in the rock/heavy metal circuit for the last 25 years in India/Oman/Bahrain & in Dubai. His first tryst with heavy metal music was to be a vocalist for a Thrash/Death Metal band in Bangalore called Mortuary in the early 90’s.
DJ Wynn moved to the Middle East in 2004 & has always been keen on promoting local talent across the various countries he has lived.
He moved permanently to Dubai in 2012 & has since been very closely connected with the metal scene in Dubai. He has organized various events in Dubai such as DJ Metal Nights & brought over top metal bands from across the globe such as :- Devoid (India), Creative Waste (Saudi Arabia), Gutslit (India), Stigmata (Srilanka), SIF (Bahrain), Hellionight-Bahrain, Defiled-Japan, Fleshcrawl-Germany, Ektomorf-Hungary, Katalepsy-Russia, Stillbirth-Germany. Local bands such as Maticrust, Tabernacle, Tribe Conspiracy, Mandirigama, Fatal Qualm etc. have also performed at his events.
